Packaging tailored to your needs

Collis – or secondary packaging, as we call it, means packaging on pallets. It can be in different packaging, but it is typically cardboard boxes or shrink-wrapped packages in varying sizes. The collis and display units are adapted to several different factors. They must first and foremost be adapted to the environment in which the product will be exposed and used. In this way, at Danish Contract Production, we ensure that the durability of the product is kept as intact as possible. The packaging must also be adapted to its distribution channels.

Products are packed differently depending on whether they are to be sold in retail, e-commerce or in the catering/HORECA/foodservice sector. For example, products for retail are often packed in display cartons or cardboard boxes with perforations that fit the retailer’s shelves. They can also be packed on display pallets, if desired, and we can pack them with top signage or other merchandising material. If packaging is needed for catering, the products are typically packed in smaller packages. The smaller packages are also a good way to pack food for businesses.

Flexible packaging options at Danish Contract Production

At Danish Contract Production, we are very flexible when it comes to our production and packaging services. You decide whether the packaging should be round, square, oval – perhaps even triangular. Likewise, you can also choose the filling height and size – and whether the sealing should be in the form of a capsule or lid. We produce bottles, jars, and containers from 150 ml up to 25 liters as well as granules in foil. As a starting point, we can produce a single unit, but the more you choose to have produced with us, the lower the units will cost.
