Included in our production prices is the delivery of 1/1 pallets to the delivery address of our shipping port. In other words, EX-works. Address labels are provided by the customer or we print and affix labels. Other paperwork, including export papers/declarations and any other paperwork required are to be prepared by the customer. As a starting point, you are responsible for ordering the haulier and informing us when the shipment will be collected.
